Your Registration Journey

From account creation to confirmation — here's exactly what to do, step by step.

Create Your Account

Visit the registration page to create a free account on the conference portal. Already registered? Just log in.

  • Go to the Registration / Login page
  • Enter your Name, Email & Phone
  • Create a secure password
  • A welcome email will be sent to you

Submit Your Abstract

Log in to your dashboard and upload your research abstract PDF. This is reviewed before any payment is needed.

  • Login to your User Dashboard
  • Select your Institute & Category
  • Upload your Abstract PDF (max 5MB)
  • Submit and wait for committee review
Accepted format: PDF only • Max 5MB

Await Abstract Approval

Our academic committee reviews your abstract. You'll receive an email notification once a decision is made — typically within a few working days.

  • Abstract reviewed by academic committee
  • Email sent on approval or revision request
  • If rejected: re-upload revised abstract
  • Status visible on your dashboard anytime
Abstract statuses:
⏳ Pending ✔ Approved ✕ Rejected

Pay & Submit Full Paper

Once your abstract is approved, complete payment via UPI and optionally upload your full paper to finalize registration.

  • Receive approval email notification
  • Scan QR or use UPI ID: PPQR01.RZCOLL@IOB
  • Note the UTR / Transaction ID
  • Upload payment screenshot & full paper PDF
  • Admin verifies — confirmation email sent
⚠️ Important: Do not pay before receiving abstract approval.

Use any UPI app to complete your payment. After paying, make sure to save the Transaction ID (UTR) and screenshot — you'll need both for your registration form.
